Speak Easy with Maker's Mark Friday 27th August
Take a step back in time as we venture in to the prohibition era accompanied by Maker's Mark Kentucky Bourbon... On the menu will be iconic and timeless concoctions such as Manhattans, Old Fashioneds and Kentucky's signature beverage, the Mint Julep. A live jazz band will keep the theme true in our fireplace lounge, and access to our "Secret Bar" will be by invitation only... Starts at 7pm

Congratulations to our very own, Jamie Jones, who placed 2nd in Chester's annual Bartender of the Year Awards...
The competition was extremely tough this year, as all the entrants were of a very high calibre. But the judges fell in love with Jamie's concoction, an avant-garde mix of Coconut, Chilli's, Vanilla vodka and fresh limes served over crushed ice!
