Abu Dhabi closes the season. The circuit goes dark. And in the waters off Yas Island, Amber Lounge moves the night onto water. The yacht party is the closing chapter of the racing calendar: open sky, a private vessel, and a guest list that reads like the paddock directory.

The format is deliberate. Shore-based events follow a predictable geometry: arrive, find your table, hold your position. A yacht removes that possibility. Movement is constant. Conversations form and dissolve. By the time the skyline catches the last light, you have spoken to people you would not have met on land.

Logistics are handled by the house. Transfers depart from a designated marina point at Yas Island. Boarding is by ticket and identification only. There is no walk-up access. This is a closed environment, which is the point.

The dress code mirrors the main event: smart elegant. Nautical interpretation is welcome. Tailored linen, low-heel footwear, and layers for the open deck. The vessel has enclosed and open sections, and the wind on the water is real even in December.

The bar carries the same programme as the main event: champagne service, premium spirits, and the Hacien tequila partnership. There is no cash transaction on board. Everything is pre-arranged or managed through the host team.

Entertainment is live. DJ sets are programmed from departure to return. The set list runs through the golden hour and into the night. There are no screens, no stage sets, and no theatrical production. The experience is the water, the light, and the people in the room.

For guests attending both the main event and the yacht party, the house recommends treating the two as a single extended evening. The main event ends. The yacht begins. A full night, split between two settings, across the final weekend of the season.
